Nikki Edgecombe

Nikki Edgecombe is a senior research scientist at the Community College Research Center at Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds a PhD in education from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in urban studies–economics from Columbia University. An authority on developmental education, Dr. Edgecombe has studied the developmental education reform landscape nationwide and published multiple papers chronicling reform approaches and outcomes. Dr. Edgecombe leads CAPSEE’s project on Minority-Serving Institutions.
